Architect Shafique Rahman attended an individual seminar “Mongolbarer Shava; Forum for Architecture Lecture No. 395” as a key speaker.

Under the title of “Sustainability of Building Material in The Context of Bangladesh,” the condition of energy consumption, availability of raw material, transportation, machinery used in production, and a number of factors that are interrelated to estimate the embodied energy (E.E) of the materials commonly used in the building construction in Bangladesh were discussed in detail.
